In our menu you will find many home made products and we strongly support the concept of km0 and slowfood, which is defined as food where the majority of the ingredients come form local breeders, farmers and fishers within a 100km radius. Also food which has been genetically–modified or is from an unknown source is avoided.
Depending on the time of year, you will always find different products in our menu, linked to seasonal fruits and vegetables. We offer a healthy breakfast / brunch with fresh juices, specialty coffee from NØMAD, teas, sándwiches, salads and several homemade beverages. For the afternoon / night, we also serve locally brewed IPA beer, wine and simple coctails.
